A little about me...
Meet JASPER! He was named after Jasper National Park. In this photo, he is accompanied by his big bro and “pawrtner-in-crime”, Denver, who was also a foster brother to a couple of MSRH pups before.

Jasper will always be there for you if you need someone to talk to. He purrs when he wants to talk softly, happily greets everyone he meets on our walks and howls back at the ambulance. He loves to play fetch, hide and seek and is serves as a cute distraction while his fur mom and dad works from home.

He was passed on by two families prior to MSRH. When we got him, we noticed a very slight limp on his right hind leg. It was assessed and found that he had a torn ACL and a stage 4 luxating patella (most severe case). The worst part is, he may have had it since birth and was left untreated. He went through surgery and 4-month recovery after that.

MSRH gave this little boy a third chance. Now, he is one happy little pupper, who bounces around at every chance he gets. Thank you, MSRH!
