Please provide a paragraph that tells voters something fun or interesting about the Miniature Schnauzer in the photo. Was your dog adopted/rescued from MSRH or from another organization? Tell us something special about your fur baby that you want to share with the voting audience.
Finley is a very interesting little guy. He is very afraid of men, as he was thrown over a fence in Dallas before we received him (weighed about 8 pounds at the time.) He was afraid of my husband when we got him and barked at him all the time. It was a little crazy at first. My husband was ill right after we got Finley and while he was in the hospital, Finely was a whole lot of company. He was my baby from day one. I taught him all of his commands in about three days, including "ballerina" which he does anytime he wants something. He has become good friends with my husband and will sit in the chair with him and sleep right next to him. However, he still barks some when my husband stands up, but now it's with his tail wagging. He is still frightened by most males, but does better than two years ago. He weights about 12 pounds but thinks we weights 100. He loves walks and has his tail straight up in the air the entire time. He owns the neighborhood. He also loves to ride in the car and I make sure he gets to ride, even if it's just around the neighborhood. Honestly, I have spoiled him rotten, but with the rough start he had, I believe he deserves it.
