Sgt. Pepper is a sweet blue merle Chihuahua. He has a fun little prance and wiggle when he walks. His trademark ears are adorable! Despite being subject to the grueling environment of a puppy mill for the first 3 years of his life, he is resilient and smart. He’s super cute and makes friends easily! It warms my heart to see him living the best life he so rightfully deserves.
