Pet's Story or Bio
Loca was kept in an apartment and had to go potty on the concrete, she was used as a ploy for housing and her owner tried to use the love a friend of mine had for her as a way for him to stay or let her live with him, buy her alcohol, cigarettes, and pay for everything. Loca was loved by my friend but not her parent who abandoned her. My friend lived in a place that did not allow dogs and he would have been evicted. Her parent had an opportunity to come get her but lied. She did not care that both of them would be on the street. Loca was put up for adoption and I took her. She had to learn how to go to the bathroom on the grass and how to not freak out every time I got up. She went from barking at everything to bringing me her favorite toy and just wants to play tug a war. She is a beautiful girl and has such a great personality.
