CC was a stray kitten found near a convenience store dumpster. She was scared, hungry and alone, but still approached a person calling her who soon became her adopted dad.

Welcomed into a comfortable home she grew to be a majestic lady who liked to be close to everyone. CC was photographed sitting in one of her favorite places atop the newel post while viewing the Christmas decorations and lights.

CC was fortunate as too many stray kittens and cats are in poor health, reproduce frequently and have challenging lives. Please remember to spay and neuter your pets to reduce the population of unwanted animals. Contact the HSMC for information.
