Charlie was just brought into the animal shelter a half hour before I arrived. She apparently was running down 7th Street and a kind person turned her into the shelter. When I walked into the shelter, she was behind the counter and stood up on her hind legs to see me. It was love at first sight. She is an incredible pup and we both hit the jackpot the day we met!
