Sophie’s a survivor. She was found living in a church in Harlem and brought to a Kill Shelter. She was rescued by FACT animal rescue and adopted by us 2 yrs ago. 10 days later, she began seizures, which are controlled with 2 pills 2x a day. About 2 months ago a mass was found in her belly and we found Kidney Disease. After 3 days in hospital, IV fluids, MORE pills and 4 vets telling us how sorry they were, Sophie is defying ALL ODDS and GETTING BETTER!!! She’s our toughest little soldier.
