Your Story
Our sweet boy Ajax made his surprise appearance 4 weeks early. We just got the keys to our 1st house and I went in for a routine ultrasound. Next thing I know I was being rushed for an emergency C-section. He was taken from me and I never got to hold him or hear him cry. He had to be immediately intubated and hooked up to machines and needles bigger than his 5lb little body. I was terrified my baby would pass before he was even shown any love from us. Once I was finally taken to see him it was love at first site. The NICU team took care of him and machines started to come off slowly. We’re still in the hospital and we can’t wait to hopefully be getting to go home soon. I will forever be thankful to the NICU for saving our sweet boy!
