He was "Elmo" at MEHS September 2013. He was roaming the streets, aged 1 year & 5 months. Nobody came looking for him :( It was love at first sight for me! He was so happy to meet us. He sat half on my lap, half on George's lap. We adopted him and renamed him Ringo. He's a sweet dog!
