Marjoram and her brother Basil (previously Picori & Ezio) were adopted from MEHS Highland in September 2023, joining our previous cat, Pepper. Margie is fearless, nearly to the point of foolishness (especially about heights & water). She loves fresh catnip toys, surveying the street from the top of the cat tree, wrestling her brother for no reason, drinking from the sink, and receiving endless attention from our guests who adore her pretty coloration/coat pattern. Margie is our most vocal cat, trilling and chirping at us for attention. She loves adding sound effects to everyday life, such as grunting/wheezing like a squeaky toy whenever she jumps down (regardless if it’s three feet or three inches). She is the princess of our household, and we are so grateful to MEHS for connecting us with “Margie” and “Basil Boy.”
