astro, who has been adopted from the humane society has a different name, but I can't remember it. he had been at the shelter pretty much his whole life, since he was a puppy. he also was a dog I worked with and I adored him. he was very, very shy and would retreat to the outside part of the kennel when a stranger approached. but Virginia came and I told her about this handsome guy and she gave him a chance and he is living happily ever after.
