Quincy came to me over 10 years ago, because I needed a companion for my other horse. When a friend mentioned she knew of him, I immediately knew he was mine sight unseen. The sellers had many high dollar horses but Quincy was $500 which was enough to keep him out of the slaughter house. He has some health issues from his hard past, but is sound enough for the life with me. He is a very gentle and quiet horse always taking the back seat to my jazzy mare. But as you can see, he does have an opinion as many pictures of him he has his tongue out. I think it is intentional. When people come to see the horses, Quincy is the one I trust to be gentle and quiet. He once served as a lesson horse giving many people a first ride. He is a true friend.
