We met Lykke at the kitten room at the Mendo Coast Humane Society. My son, Eli, spotted her right away and knew she was the one. We took her, and her brother Teemu, home a week later and they are the best companions in the world. Lykke’s purr is epically loud, as is her side-eye. Here, she’s taking a break from her important duties overseeing our garden.
