Ice cream, two words that will send this one into a tizzy. She loves playing fetch and putting on her explorer collar. Whether it is rolling in a bed of freshly cut grass or bundling in your lap, she is one happy dog. That is unless a black fly is around, then the fear sets in.


Pet's Story
Rescued by SAVE Toms River, Juna was caged in a Virginia kill shelter before her migration to New Jersey. The doctors had to surgically remove a collar that was clasped at birth and were unable to fix a previously overlooked fractured femur. From the onset, it did not appear that she would run again. Little did they know, Juna's optimism would have her catching tennis balls out of the sky a mere six months after adoption.
