Pet's Quirks
Lucy is named after Lucille Ball. Lucille Ball was beautiful and intelligent, but also a total goofball. That describes Lucy to a T. She is very smart and quick to learn new things but also very silly. At 7 years old, she still gets the "Zoomies" on a regular basis, and particularly enjoys "zooming" on the beach. She LOVES to swim in the bay and the ocean, but HATES sprinklers, pools, baths, and rain.

Pet's Story
Lucy is a rescue from Tennessee. She is a mix of Yellow Lab and Weimaraner. (and as with all "mutts" probably lots of other breeds too).
She just turned 7. We've had the pleasure of her goofy, sweet company for 6 years. She and I are a Pet Therapy team through MCSPCA. She particularly loves "Read to Dogs" and Humane Education events, as she is guaranteed plenty of belly rubs.
