How would you describe their personality?
Sadie is a confident and social tuxedo cat. We call her an official furry four legged resident at Brookdale at Willow Ridge Senior Living Center (SLC) in McCook because all of our residents and staff know her. She likes to prowl and meow by the glass doors at the cafe terrace at meal times to say hello to everyone. Sadie is an independent and determined cat. For example, a local farmer was interested in adopting Sadie and took her to his farm house 11 miles away. But she was so earnest to return to be with us on our property at Willow Ridge she made her way back and journeyed on her own. It 's amazing she could navigate her way safely over three days and two nights but she did, and what a wonderful surprise when she showed up and found us again. Sadie has been with us ever since.
