Larry is an inspiration, plain and simple!
Larry's beginning was not a happy one. He was a puppy mill puppy no one wanted. He lived in a small cage, never coming out and never knowing human contact.
Luck would have it he was surrendered at a rescue my family fostered for. Larry was so terrified of the world around him we had to handle him with welding gloves. The rescue thought there was no hope for Larry. We saw differently and adopted him.
Fast forward 11 years and Larry is a happy, loving dog! He adores my three year old, going for walks and blankets! It's because of our local shelter in Michigan, Larry got his chance at life! His bravery to face the scary unknown, the utter trust in humans and his will to enjoy life makes him my hero! My world is a better place for having him in my life.
