Your Pet's Story or Bio
I don’t know much about Teddy’s backstory, but I do know that M.A.M.A.S rescued him at 8 months old and brought him to me in Richmond, VA. I feel so lucky to be his human. He is endlessly curious, always wanting to stop and smell every blade of grass, reminding me to slow down and appreciate the little things. Despite being 110 pounds, he is incredibly gentle, protective, cuddly, and goofy.

Teddy is my first rescue, and although we faced some challenges with separation anxiety at the beginning, with the support of M.A.M.A.S volunteers and some training, he has become my best companion. I can’t imagine my life without him. I am endlessly grateful to M.A.M.A.S for bringing Teddy into my life and for all the amazing work they do for these sweet animals.
