Merlin was rescued by M.A.M.A.S Angels and came into our lives in 2021 when I was heartbroken after my first dog Marshmallow passed away from cancer at the age of 5. His non-M.A.M.A.S transporter’s car was broken into by dognappers along the way and Merlin ran off into the forest. A young woman saw him while driving in the woods and opened her door and he jumped right in her car. Luckily M.A.M.A.S brought him the rest of the way and we immediately fell in love. Merlin is independent, stubborn, sweet, gentle, and loves small children. He walks slowly and reminds us to stop and smell the roses with him. He is a beautiful little bear and we couldn’t be more thankful.
