A little about me...
We adopted this no-name senior sweetie pie from MAK in December 2022, just one month after our senior GSP, Daisy, had passed. Our hearts were broken and this fella just happened to fall into our laps. He was found wandering the streets of Wichita, trying to protect himself from the brutal wind and sub-zero temps between a house and an old couch. We named him Weller knowing that we want him to “get Weller” soon so he could live out the rest of his days knowing warmth, love, friendly siblings, guaranteed meals, toys, sweaters, treats, and all of the comfy beds he could imagine. Weller crossed the rainbow bridge in July 2024 and joined our other pups in heaven to watch over us. We miss him big and are forever grateful for Alison and MAK who saved his life.
