LWH Pit Bull Rescue is celebrating 10 YEARS of rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming bully breeds in Texas!
Over the past ten years, we have learned that all you need is love…and a pittie, of course! To honor this sentiment, we are hosting a T-SHIRT CONTEST for our 2021 Spring Merchandise Theme: All You Need is Love… and a pit bull! The winner of this competition gets their pit bull (or the LWHPBR pit bull of their choosing!) featured on our next merchandise package.
All breeds are welcome to participate in the competition but we do ask that the featured pet be a pit bull (so if your pet wins but is an iguana… we will ask you to pick your favorite LWH Bully!).
We hope your pet wins and we can't wait to see all of the entries.
Good luck and thank you for supporting Long Way Home Pit Bull Rescue!
Prizes
- The participant with the most votes will have their pit bull featured on our next t-shirt!
- Top three winners will receive free merchandise packages from Long Way Home Pit Bull Rescue.
About Us
Long Way Home is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization located primarily in College Station, Texas. The Pit Bull Rescue, specifically, saves pit bulls from euthanasia in Texas kill shelters regardless of age, health status, or behavior. While some may be healthy pets in an over-capacity shelter, others may need serious veterinary care or rehabilitation.
Our foster-based, volunteer rescue runs exclusively on public donations, and 100% of donations are tax deductible and used for animal care. We are a group of unpaid volunteers who love animals fiercely and truly believe that every single shelter pet deserves a chance at a loving home, no matter how few years they have left or how serious the care they may require.
