A little about me...
Bleu was abused as a puppy. His first owner would hit him and kick him (he broke Bleu's leg, and never took him to the vet to get proper care) and left him alone for an entire weekend locked in a bedroom until the landlord removed Bleu. The owner pleaded guilty and spent 3 months in jail (in my opinion it should have been longer). This lead to Bleu being available for adoption.

My boyfriend at the time really wanted a Pit Bull, but I was not 100% on board, until I read Bleu's story. I instantly fell in love with his picture and his story, and a short time later we officially adopted him!

When we first brought him home he was a bit shy and unsure if he was staying but after a few weeks he realized this was his furever home! He even began to bark after a few months! (we didn't think he knew how to do that). Now he is a loveable, cuddly, playful 9 year old and LOVES playing with his sister Roxy (who is a rescue from Long Way Home). Roxy has brought out the puppy in Bleu and the the two of them constantly play all day long. They even started snuggling with each other in the evenings!

Bleu's back leg doesn't work like his other legs, which is why he sits with it straight out but that hasn't stopped him from enjoying the life he deserves! He's my first dog and my baby and I'm so honored to be able to give him the loving home he deserves. Please vote for Bleu and make his day! <3
