A little about me...
Hi! I’m a 2 year old brindle pittie named Molly! My mom and dad tell me that I was the best Christmas gift ever in December 2018. I was only 4 months old when I found my forever home. I don’t remember much because I was so young, but I do remember being so scared. My dog momma had to defend me and my siblings from an aggressive male dog and things got so confusing... we all got out of the yard and were looking for a safe place. That’s when the pit bull people found us and promised we would be taken care of. One day soon after, my foster mom said we were going to the park to meet some special people! I was a little timid, but when I saw my dad, my tail started wagging so fast because I could already tell that I would be loved and feel safe with him. He crouched down to embrace me in a warm hug and I got on my tippy toes to give him pittie kisses. He scooped me up and I knew that I was home! Then I got to meet my mom and wow! She made me feel safe and loved too! Before I knew it, I was on my way to my forever home with my new mom and dad. When we got home, I met my big brother Maxx. I immediately loved him but I think he wasn’t quite sure how to handle my energy! All I knew was, he made me feel most like myself and I loved being around him. Within a couple of days, of course I stole his heart. Now, we are two peas in a pod and are inseparable! One of my favorite early memories with dad is when he was helping me learn how to walk on a leash. I got a bite of brisket jerky for every few steps I took on the leash and I was told that I was a Good Girl! Time with my parents and my brother helped my confidence grow. Mom describes me as a self-assured girl who is playful and loving. Both my parents sometimes call me stubborn? I say that I am just a determined pittie girl who knows what she wants! I love belly rubs, walks, and snuggles. My favorite things are dehydrated beef rib bones, fleece hoodies, and burying myself under the bed covers. But my absolute favorite is people! I don’t know any strangers! Everyone I meet is a friend. I get so excited when I see other people! My tail wags and wags - my whole rear-end wiggles! I just get so happy! My parents say that’s why they gave me the nickname “wiggle bottom”. So there you have it, a little bit about me!
