The top 12 winners will submit 5 favorite photos from which to choose, and we will choose the one that fits the calendar's aesthetic best. Otherwise, user submitted photos will suffice, as long as they meet our standards (well lit, clear, pet's face prominently displayed, etc).
- One pet per submission. Submissions with more than one pet in the photo will be disqualified.
- All submission costs and donation votes are considered tax deductible contributions to our nonprofit organization, and a 2024 tax receipt will be sent via email for your records.
- The Submissions Period starts at 8:00:00 PM (Central Time) on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 and ends at 8:00:00 PM (Central Time) on Monday, September 30, 2024.
- The Voting Period starts at 8:00:00 PM (Central Time) on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 and ends at 8:00:00 PM (Central Time) on Monday, September 30, 2024.
- Each $1 donation counts as one (1) vote.
- Total vote transfers may be made from one pet that gifts to another, however, partial vote transfers are not permitted. Please contact April@longwayhome.org to request vote transfers.
- Reserve a Calendar Day dates are first come first served. There is no limit on how many dates you may reserve.
- Entries and donations must be made via the online contest page. Contest payments online are through a secure site.
- All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulations under the supervision of GoGo Photo Contest, whose decisions are final and binding.
All donations from voting are non-refundable. Votes are considered tax deductible donations.
