Smitty is our yellow Labrador Retriever and Kona is our black lab… we lost our yellow lab Tucker 3 years ago and at that time Smitty was a year old … we were all devastated by Tucker’s passing and 3 months later we were so lucky to have a friend of ours tell us about Kona who had just been surrendered to the LaPlata County Humane Society and we immediately had a meet and greet that same day and took her home with us…. She brought life back to us with her great personality and Smitty and Kona became brother and sister that very day April 7, 2021❤️❤️❤️
