I found Owen in a ditch on my way home from work. My wife and I took him all around the neighborhood looking for his owner, took him to a vet to be scanned for a chip and finally called animal control to find if he was reported missing. All results were negative. We then took Owen to our Vet and found he was dehydrated, had a high fever and hook worms. After getting Owen healthy we called Rescue Garage in Northport, Fl . Owen was fostered with us and we fell in love with him and adopted him,
