Oscar was rescued by LowRider Dachshund Rescue when he was destined for euthanasia because of his paralysis. He was fostered by an amazing family who loved him until he found his permanent home. He is now loved to the max daily by his Moms and many friends.

Oscar is active and lives his best life everyday despite his paralysis.
He brings joy and laughter to everyone he meets. We can’t imagine our lives without him!
