Apollo is a chocolate and tan, long hair, dapple. I had been looking for a small dog for over a year and never did I think I’d get a dachshund. One day I went to meet some puppies and this guy crawled up in my lap and went to sleep. I knew he was the one. He was 12 weeks old when I brought him home. He’s gotten me through some of the hardest moments of my life in the last three years. He’s truly one of the best things that ever happened to me. He was named Apollo because of the god Apollo who is the god of healing, I never knew how much healing he would bring, not just to me, but to everyone he meets.
