Oscar came to LowRider after becoming paralyzed. He had been left at a veterinarian’s office and was to be euthanized. Fortunately, LowRider saved him so he could become my special boy. He is living his best life every day! He is full of joy, and is in no way broken. Oscar is paralyzed and does require a little extra help, but he is so worth it!
