For most of 2018, Cocoa Puff's parents let her roam the streets of Loomis, California. They were going through a divorce and neither one wanted to keep her. They hoped someone would rescue her and so she was! 🥰

Cocoa Puff had a mouth full of infected rotten teeth. Once they were extracted she was feeling really good and spunky.

Miss Cocoa Puff is living the good life in Southern California with her doxie siblings.
