Cooper was rescued from a shelter in Virginia Beach, in December of 2012, by a Dachshund rescue. I saw him on the website and arranged for my dog Bailey to meet him and they have been best friends ever since! His adoption date was January 31, 2013! His nickname is Super Pooper Cooper!
