This is from Charlie’s gotcha day. He is 5 yo in this picture. Today he is 8yo. Sparky was 12 here and passed away 3 years later. Charlie and Sparky became best friends, with Sparky always protecting Charlie where ever we went. Charlie is very loving and had adjusted well to living with us. He was originally from Houston TX. Victim of Hurricane Harvey. So lucky to have him
