Grand Prizes:
The winners of the photo contest will be determined by the top 13 entrants that get the most votes. The top winner will win the coveted cover photo for the 2022 calendar! 2nd - 13th place winners will have their pet featured as a pet of the month. Entries featuring two pets will share a month if they place among the top 13 vote getters. The top 13 vote getters will win and enjoy a 30-minute, professional dog photography session with Paws and Play Studio for the 2022 calendar, including a social media file of the chosen photograph! All winners will have the opportunity to purchase products and images following their session, if desired.
*If your dog is one of the 13 to be photographed for the calendar, you must be able to bring your pet to Paws and Play Studio at a pre-selected location in the San Mateo County, Santa County, and/or San Francisco County area from May through August 2021 for a professional on-location photo session. If you are unable to commit to a photo session during those times or find yourself unable to travel to these pre-selected locations, you forfeit your winning and the next top vote getter will take your dog's spot in the calendar, no exceptions.
Weekly Mini-Contest Prizes:
One entrant each week who receives the highest number of new votes for a particular week will win a mini-contest prize from two of the participating Bay Area businesses! In the event of a tie for that week's most votes or if there are no new votes for that week, a random computerized drawing will be held for all eligible entrants. We will announce the mini-contest winners every Monday.
