Phoebe is a sable headed white rough collie. She does not like bicycles or garbage trucks. Phoebe grew up in Truckee, California where she was able to run free with her older sister Abby who is a tri color rough collie. Phoebe has one cat sister and one tomcat brother with whom she sleeps at night. Like all collies she loves her pet parents and is very loyal.
