Toby was found in Amarillo, TX and we rescued him during the pandemic. He is full of energy and is super smart. He enjoys playing fetch and always has a ball nearby. Anyone who throws the ball for Toby is his best friend. He loves car rides and showing off tricks that he has learned. He's a sweetheart and loves snuggles, tummy rubs, and treats.
