Penny was rescued from a hoarding situation three years ago as a very tiny puppy. She is the personal pet of Rescue Rehome Repeat, Director Terri Dunlap - Penny loves her nails being painted and is known for her most incredible side eye ability. She is quirky and funny, and will do anything for a chicken chip.
