Phinn, formerly Pepe is a 10 (ish) year old Maltese/Maltese mix distinguished gentleman adopted from the LWDR. He has a huge personality and keeps us laughing. His favorite things are mealtime, naps on the couch, giving kisses, snacks and barking at anything and nothing in the yard, mostly at nothing. We fell in love with those big brown eyes and his perpetual grin (the result, we think, from a previously broken jaw). He has brought so much joy to our home and we feel so blessed to be loved by him.
