Finnegan, FKA Oates Duo, is a Last Hope alum and foster brother. His parents brought him home after his eyebrows impressed them at the June 2019 St Pats event. He’s since hosted 16 LHK9 foster siblings. Finn has lived in 4 cities and 2 countries since leaving Arkansas. He enjoys long walks, alerting the authorities to critters in trees, and naps on leather sofas. His mini-me, above, is a British chap named Hamilton.
