A little about me...
Bo was rescued by LCR from Georgia.
I had just lost the love of my life dog, Brother Love, also a pit mix ) 3 months before coming to LCR.
My husband had a beagle mix in mind. We looked at 2 puppies and at least one adult dog. I decided I just wasn’t ready.
Thank goodness your volunteer suggested Bo/Woody. I politely declined as I had read on your website he had some hip issues. She wanted us to meet him anyway. I AM SO GRATEFUL. He is lovely . He is a perfect fit for our family. He was severely malnourished and had suffered some irreversible damage to his hips and front feet in Georgia . As he has grown stronger and healthier he is so happy and comfortable. WE LOVE HIM TO PIECES.
