Your Pet's Story
We saw Dixie, a yellow labrador on the website rescueme.org and we decided to make the drive to Utah to adopt her. She had spent the first year of her life confined to a small chain-linked fenced backyard, only being brought inside at night to stay in a crate. Very little human interaction. Well, that all changed when she came to live with us. She now has a cozy bed and an assortment of toys. She enjoys her daily hikes and receives lots of love and of course, treats! She has endless room to run and play fetch with her ball. She is obsessed with that ball! Unfortunately, she loses a lot of balls in the snow during the winter, but all our neighbors know that when the snow melts in the spring, if they find any orange and blue balls on their property, they belong to Miss Dixie.
