Olive is a 6-year-old Havanese mix. I adopted Olive from the Animal Hospital of Cambridge's Safe & Sound Rescue in August 2017. She was a year and a half old and had been used for breeding which obviously was a traumatic start to her life. She was very timid and shy at first but after a few months at home with me, started to come more out of her shell. Now she is a playful and happy companion who loves people and other dogs. She is still afraid of thunderstorms and fireworks and sometimes skeptical of new friends but she is the biggest sweetie and never fails to capture the heart of everyone she meets.
