Short Story About Pet's Rescue
After recently losing my dog, I decided it was time for a new furry friend. I searched for weeks at every shelter around my area when I stumbled across Sadie. She was found on a school’s playground with a broken leg and spent over a year in the shelter. When I went to pick her up, she was in the last kennel and the only dog who wasn’t barking. Fast forward 7 years and she’s now living a happy life with my family and our other dogs! She loves cuddling, pets, and treats. However, she despises bath time, thunderstorms, and delivery trucks (especially UPS).
