Phoebe is a standard poodle who was a huge foster-fail at the beginning of 2020. Before she was adopted, she was used as a breeder dog who had multiple litters of puppies. Because of this, she is now a special needs dog with extreme anxiety. Now phoebe enjoys taking naps, playing with her sister Lucy, and taking trips to the dog park!
