Short Story About Pet's Rescue
Lulu Bleu was an over the counter surrender at a shelter in West Los Angeles. She was a breeding dog (less than a year old). Her back legs were paralyzed from a traumatic delivery. The Lange Foundation pulled her to safety and paid for all medical treatments. She now walks, runs and jumps with her fully functioning legs. The Lange Foundation knew I had another rescue frenchie and they allowed me to adopt Lulu. It took her about 2 weeks before she would even look at the person on the other end of the leash. Now, she is a love who loves to love and loves life.
