Why should your dog be the "Mutt Madness Champion"?
Eugene "The Bean" should be Mutt Madness Champion because he has the best eyebrows in the country (aside from perhaps the great Mr. Levy himself). Eugene is an alumni from the CT Humane Society and would like use his modeling skills to help give back to the rescue community.
