Rules

Woofstock & Wieners, 2017 Photo Contest is open to all dog owners.
Photos must be submitted online and must be of a single dog per photo. No humans are permitted to be included in the photos submitted. You may submit as many photos as you like but they must be separate submissions.
Online entries must be submitted by Monday, May 8, 2017 at 8:59:59 PM EST.
Voting begins at 9:00 PM on May 8, 2017 and voting will end at 9:00 PM on June 15, 2017 at 9:00 PM.
The minimum donation for submitting a photo to be included in the KCHA online Photo Contest is $5.
Votes are $1 with a $5 minimum online donation.
Donations are fully tax deductible as permitted by law. The Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
All photos submitted become the property of the Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association and may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. By submitting a photo entry, you warrant and represent that your entry is your own original work created by you and that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your entry materials. KCHA reserves the right to disqualify at any time any photo it determines to be unsuitable. If you submit an entry that is copyrighted by another individual, you are responsible for any legal action the copyright holder takes against you. You agree to indemnify KCHA and hold them harmless from and against any claims of any nature arising in connection with Woofstock & Wieners, 2017 Photo Contest. Entrants grant KCHA all rights of ownership, reproduction and royalty-free indiscriminate use of entries and photographs for any purpose. By submitting a photo to the Woofstock & Wieners, 2017 Photo Contest, the artist agrees to give and grant to KCHA, its employees, nominees, agents, successors and assigns, unlimited authorization, consent and permission to publish and use, any and all information about the animal and any and all reproductions of animal's likeness (photographic or otherwise), and with or without the use or disclosure of guardian's name.
