Phineas is a COVID baby and he likes to tell you all about the constant attention he received. He’s the most talkative, funniest cat I’ve ever had. He likes to steal comfy socks and hide them around the house. He likes to have conversations. He likes drinking out of your water cup when you’re not looking. He HATES when any streaming platform loads and will chirp at it. Such a crazy, funny guy. The little ruffle on his chest is just the final piece that makes him the CUTEST!
