My Story
My original friend who got me as a puppy became very I'll when I was only 2 years old so I went to a rescue organization. My new friend Julie saw me on Petfinder and knew I was the one for her. She didnt even look at any other dogs but came & adopted me. On our way home we played ball in the park and boy do I love to run and chase the ball. Over the years we went on many hikes and I was quite the athlete. I have many friends and I love to get up and greet visitors at the door. I am a good boy, very friendly and get along with all dogs and cats. I have thick soft fur and am like a teddy bear. I love to travel and go everywhere, especially for car rides where I have my head out the window in the wind.

My favorite pastime is
Eating. I'm never full and can eat anytime. One time I scarfed down half a pizza while they weren't looking!

The best thing anyone's ever done for me is
My Julie adopted me when I was 2 years old gave me my permanent home and took excellent care of me. I was always her priority and have a wonderful life with her.

I can't live without
Food. I am always on the lookout for a dropped morsel of food.

The naughtiest thing I've ever done is
I ate an entire tray of cheese & crackers off the coffee table in less than 60 seconds when my people weren't looking!

The funniest thing I've ever done is
I found & brought home an entire deer spine that I found. I proudly hauled it the whole way home.

My favorite place to go is
I love to go hiking with my friend Julie -- woodland trails, fields, lakeside trails, and farms. I love to go to the Genesis Farm in Blairstown NJ.

I'm completely obsessed with
swimming after flocks of ducks & geese. When I was 13 I swam out so far into the lake chasing geese that my friend was afraid I wouldn't make it back.
