My Story
My name is Waldo, but I started life as Apollo ... until my family rescued me & my bff, Moose, from a yard South Carolina and gave us fraternity names! People think I'm a senior fella - maybe 10 or 11 - and I've got some handsome grey highlights but I have SOOOO much energy ... I literally vibrate with excitement at the prospect of a BALL. Any size, shape or color of ball will do, thank you. I really have it bad for tennis balls (I can sniff them out), but I just love them SOOO much ... I end up eating them. And maybe you'll throw the ball? Please, please, please. I will run as FAST as I can to get that ball, and run it back ... and circle you and circle you and circle you ... Drop it? Oh, okay, but let me sniff it and roll it around first because it's so wonderful I just can't part with it. I think I'm a chocolate lab but mom says I'm part fish ... if you get my a ball + water, I will never ever stop!

My favorite pastime is
BALLS. Chasing balls, swimming after balls, jumping for balls, sniffing balls, chewing balls, loving balls ... anything to do with balls!

The best thing anyone's ever done for me is
Once upon a time, my family gave me a super big bag of tennis balls. I lost my mind!! But then I ate one (or two) ... and had to go see the vet (and I HATE the vet)!

I can't live without
BALLS, duh.

The naughtiest thing I've ever done is
I'm pretty good at getting things off kitchen counters and opening the pantry doors, but I leave the scene immediately ... so it gets blamed on my fur-brother, Moose. Cause he's big boned, and he lingers around the scene of the crime!

The funniest thing I've ever done is
When the teens won't get out of bed, my mom says "DOG ALARM" and I run into their rooms, jump on their beds and bark as LOUD as I can. That's why Mom says I'm the bestest boy (throw the ball, throw the ball).

My favorite place to go is
Anywhere I can take my ball and swim ... creek, lake, river or ocean!

I'm completely obsessed with
BALLS!!!!
