My Story
In March, 2016, my mom saw my picture on Facebook when a friend of a friend sent her a post that said my big fur-brother & I were looking for a home. Totally love at first sight! So a bunch of Goudys hopped in the car and drove to South Carolina to pick us up. At the time, people were calling me Zeus ... but I wasn't very Zeus-like. So I got a fraternity name - Moose! I had been living in a yard, spending most of my time in a rusty crate when - BOOM! - I'm riding in a car, getting lots of treats & love and sleeping on couches and beds. I'm pretty good at pushing my dad out of the bed in the middle of the night ... something about snoring and taking up too much room. Which is maybe why the teens kick me out of their rooms at night, too. People say I'm fat, but my mom says I'm just big boned with a healthy appetite. SNACKS! I love snacks, and I'm pretty good at hunting all kinds of snacks all over the house. I'm also very super talented at getting humans to scratch my butt, neck and tummy! Personal space? Not sure what that is ... cause I like to get right up in your face so you can easily adore me. And schmush all of the furry black rolls of love around my neck! I'm Schmoosey.

My favorite pastime is
EATING! Eating meals, snacks, garbage, landscaping ... pretty much anything I can get in my mouth. I keep hearing my mom say something about a "diet", and I have no clue what that is ... so I just try hard to make sure I eat everything!

The best thing anyone's ever done for me is
Rub my ears and tell me I'm the BEST boy ever in all of boy land!

I can't live without
SNACKS! And garbage cans ... because people put lots of snacks in there.

The naughtiest thing I've ever done is
Figure out how to knock over all of the bathroom garbage cans in my house, pry open the lids, pull out the little garbage bags and eat everything inside. SNACKS!

The funniest thing I've ever done is
Repeatedly running into the deep part of the creek - despite not being able to swim - because I thought my family was throwing snacks in there. Those "snacks" were really rocks, and I would flail around until I could get back to the safe, shallow water. I've been told that I have a pretty desperate looking dog paddle! But, hey ... SNACKS!

My favorite place to go is
Anywhere in the car with mommy ... because I can usual find food crumbs somewhere between the seats!

I'm completely obsessed with
SNACKS! Right ... doesn't everyone love snacks???
